BELL GULLY
PROJECT TYPE: INTERIORS
USE: COMMERCIAL
LOCATION: HP TOWER, WELLINGTON
CLIENT: BELL GULLY
ARCHITECTS: SEDDON ASSOCIATES
PROJECT TIMEFRAME: 2004
Leading New Zealand law firm Bell Gully required a high-quality and functional upgrade to its Wellington premises. It chose to negotiate exclusively with LT McGuinness to undertake the work.
Careful project management was needed to ensure there was no disruption to Bell Gully’s operations during the construction phase. The Hotel Intercontinental’s location in the same building posed another set of challenges. All the issues around managing ‘business as usual’ for the clients were successfully managed.
The stunning design, which incorporated features such as the sound-proofing of glass-walled offices, required scrupulous attention to detail and careful workmanship.
Bell Gully was well satisfied with the project outcome and the upgrade was completed on time.
